The elastic at the waist and leg allows for a comfortable fit over a diaper, and the edges have been turned to prevent fraying. Get the perfect fit with adjustable Velcro at the back of the pre-knotted necktie. We know there will be a lot of excitement at your little boy’s party, but the elastic on the party hat will keep that adorable piece in place for photos.

All items are made in a smoke- and pet-free shop. To care for your birthday boy set, hand wash in cold water and hang to dry.
